Orders and returns
When will I receive my order?
We are currently dispatching all orders within 2–3 business days.
To ensure your order arrives in time, use the Australia Post calculator as a guide to current expected delivery times. Please add 1 business day to any cut-off dates to allow for order processing.
All First Aid products are delivered by courier in the same timeframes above.
I’ve changed my mind or there is a sizing issue.
If you have changed your mind or there is a sizing issue, we will happily exchange or refund the item within 14 days. However, we will ask you to be responsible for return postage costs.
Change of mind or sizing exchanges or refunds are available providing:
- proof of purchase is supplied
- original tags and labels are still attached to the item
- the item is in the original packaging and/or same condition as you received it.

I am not satisfied with a product I received.
Australian Red Cross is committed to providing quality products to our customers.
If your item is significantly different to what was described in the listing or is broken or faulty, you can request an exchange or refund and we will cover the full cost of postage.
Exchanges or refunds are available providing:

Charity gift cards
Are the charity gift cards tax-deductible?
The charity gift cards are treated as donations and are tax-deductible. Your donation will be included on your tax invoice.
There is no postage and handling charge added to charity gift cards.
How do charity gift cards work?
Give a gift that's really needed.
- Select one or more of the charity gift cards.
- Add your chosen gift card/s to your order.
- Our team will pack and send your cards.
- You can write a personalised message inside the card and give to someone you love.
